Now, my favourite Laksa Ngian Toufu stall when I have craving for spicy food.
Their sprinkle of the brown pieces on top enhanced the resemblence of the non-vegetarian version.
Love their big beancurb pieces, smooth and soft, & the dumplings...
Oh, I like their Hor Fun too.:-)
