In a recent visit to 素食林 Happy Realm, I finally found one of the better filling vegetarian dumplings in Singapore!
To me, a good Dumpling must be of good size filling and with use of water chestnut to increase the crunchiness. Yummy!!! Their Vinegar Dumplings being cooked in vinegar gravy saves one the trouble to request for a plate of vinegar for dipping.
