This is quite a surprise, was passing by the coffee-shop of basement 1 of Fu Lu Shou Complex, at far end, I saw the wordings of "Uncle Rojak (Vegetarian) " & that immediately attracted my attention. Long since last tried Rojak, and per label, it's really an uncle selling Rojak!
Unlike some vegetarian Rojak tried which their Rojak gravy is more diluted, his Rojak gravy was really thick that I have to ask him if he was really serving vegetarian version. The gravy also had a special ingredient added: thinly shredded lime pieces that did add a special taste to it. The cucumbers were still crunchy & taupok still nice to bite when I packed home. For those who want to watch their diet & have to avoid the shrimp paste in non-vegetarian version, they could turn to this vegetarian version.

He also has a special dish: Rojak Popiah which he uses his Rojak gravy with lettuce & bean sprouts to roll into popiah. Would love to try but was sold out by the time was my turn to order.
When you are tired from your CNY goodies shopping at Bugis, you may just drop by the coffee-shop for a snack. I noticed that there is also another vegetarian stall in the same coffee shop. :-)
The Uncle Rojak stall is located at far corner of coffee-shop at basement 1 of Fu Lu Shou Complex.
