Located at the center Food Court at Basement 1 of People's Park Centre (Opp Chinatown Point), amidst the many tour agencies, I noticed this stall is quite popular with its wide variety of dishes on its menu and its daily special.I ordered its Mushroom Dry Noodles which came out as more like "Char Siew Noodles" with Mushrooms. The mushrooms and mock barbecue meat tasted average but I liked its pieces of "fried goose", very crispy and its noodles well-done. Not easy to find well-cooked dry noodles, so this noodles could worth a try if you miss the "wanton noodles" type of noodles. :-)
